Here's a cool collaboration: Check out the Element messenger bag that comes with QuickerTek's Apple Juicz solar power pack. The Apple Juicz products run from $600 for the 18 watt model, $700 for the 27 watt model, and $1,100 for the 55 watt model. At the top end, the Apple Juicz – a 60x42 inch foldable solar cell – will power and fully charge a MacBook Air in 5 hours and also works with other MacBooks, and it comes with power adapters for a range of other gadgets. Cool concept, excellent execution: If you use your laptop outside a lot, want to reduce your energy costs and carbon footpring, or are going to be away from the power grid for a while, this looks like as good as it gets.
